“How do I love thee? Let me count the ways…”
We have a special love of Somerville here at DangerLaw, LLC. Our experience with Somerville spans 25 years. We’ve had many wonderful clients who hail from here, but it is more than that.
Somerville is one of the hottest zip codes in Massachusetts, and for good reason. Somerville has great schools, beautiful homes, an awesome mayor, is in the best location around, has a booming night life, and is host to the HONK! Fest every Columbus Day weekend. There are more artists per capita in Somerville than any other place but New York City.
Somerville has a love of all things green, and a great place to start is the Somerville Community Growing Center, which hosts many events throughout the year, including teaching and learning opportunities, and summer programs for children such as Art in the Garden. There are also fun dog parks, such as Nunziato Field Dog Park, Perry Park and Zero New Washington Dog Park.
Somerville is rich in history and culture. Paul Revere rides his horse up Broadway each year on Patriot’s Day on his way from the North End to Lexington. There are many street fairs and cultural events celebrating people, food, and music from all corners of the world. The Armory has a farmers market throughout the winter. There’s Fluff Fest, the Taza factory, the Somerville Theatre…the list goes on. We think you’ll agree that Lonely Planet was right when it named Somerville one of the best places to visit in the country, and why the Boston Globe named it the best run city in Massachusetts in 2006, and the city received the All-America City Award in 2009.
